AIGGS implemented Unicenter TNG at AIGDC. Together with AIGDC’s technical staff, AIGGS’s team of 6 Certified Unicenter Engineers successfully rolled out five of the Unicenter options.

AIGDC also engaged AIGGS to implement the Response Monitor Agent of Web Management Option for AIGDC’s worldwide web sites. AIGGS monitors the performance of web sites in 50 countries from Kuala Lumpur and produce real time performance feedback to AIGDC.
