This was a complex project involving multiple teams from AIGGS, ISG, and EBT that went beyond server rehosting from obsolete Sun hardware to new Solaris 10 web/app servers. The rehosting required: (1) a parallel multi-application rewrite effort on our end due to Vignette WCM decommission and Websphere v4 to v6 upgrade; (2) SiteMinder v6 reconfiguration and app AVP from dev through prod for a dozen applications dependent on AccessAIG for Single Sign On; and (3) Solaris 10/Websphere v6/Sun Web Server environment builds and code deployments for dev, qa, and production. The servers did take some time to become available for software builds, but you did your best to follow up and once they were ready, you immediately worked on it to provide us the required environments for our fast-track development effort.
