The OASIS system modules are carefully designed with features that will provide exceptional customer service and enable you to build long lasting relationships with customers. Each module’s functions enhance sales effectiveness, ease of use and most importantly customer satisfaction.
USER INTERFACE
OASIS‘ client presentation layer is browser-based. It is easily customizable to meet different distribution channel requirements. The User Interface is log-on specific. It supports multiple channels and gives different look and feel, functionality, or even choices of different languages. Sales staff, branch staff and other back office staff have secure structured access to OASIS, subject to business functional requirements. Navigation through the OASIS application takes the user through an intuitive and logical process flow for data collection.
PROSPECT DETAIL MANAGEMENT
OASIS provides Contact Management tools to enhance sales efficiency. Users can enter customer details, employer and family details, birthdays and expiry or policy anniversary information to prompt calls, follow up or other activity. Incomplete applications can be stored on the server, without uploading to the host system. Users can search for complete or incomplete applications, based on a range of search criteria.
NEEDS ANALYSIS
OASIS walks a user through a data collection/fact finding process, and makes recommendations based on the applicant‘s disclosures. This provides a systematic approach to making product recommendations, which are based on company-approved or encouraged logic.
PRODUCT SELECTION
Product selection is table-driven. Tables also drive additional insurance (rider) coverage, and only applicable riders will be added. This eliminates inappropriate rider selection. After product selection, the customer may add applicable riders from a list.
BENEFIT ILLUSTRATION
OASIS enables the user to generate a benefit illustration and premium quotation based on the minimum required information, to aid the sales process. This information pre-completes an application form generated once the client elects to proceed.
UNDERWRITING FOLLOW-UP
When OASIS cannot accept an application as standard, or rate up an application, due to decisions received back from the underwriting engine, the status of the application will be “Refer to Underwriter”. The Underwriting and Issue department will manually assess this application, once the application details are uploaded to the host system.
DOCUMENT GENERATION
At the completion of the application process, OASIS will produce a read-only document (pdf file) of the completed application form, printable locally for the applicant to sign.
The application form will incorporate product and rider details, policy and payment information, and all responses to further questions generated via the interaction with the underwriting engine. In addition, OASIS can generate a policy document or certificate of insurance, which can be printed or viewed at the Point of Sale.
OASIS also provides a range of operational and control reports as defined by users according to their business requirements.
PAYMENT DETAIL COLLECTION
OASIS supports the collection of payment details for subsequent payment processing via the existing back-end process from the host system. The system can offer a range of acceptable payment modes. Users may specify type of payment mode required to capture all information and generate Payment Receipts as well as Control Reports.
WORKFLOW AUTOMATION & MANAGEMENT
Utilizing existing email infrastructure and predefined mailboxes, OASIS‘ messaging capability can streamline mail processing time and eliminate delays.
HOST SYSTEM INTERFACE
OASIS provides an output file for batch upload to the host system for Policy servicing. At day end, new business applications submitted via OASIS are uploaded to legacy system for back-end processing or referral to underwriting.
POLICY ISSUE
At the completion of the underwriting and acceptance process, the user will have the ability to produce a read-only version of the policy document for review with the client, as well as print a sample policy, or a certificate of insurance if required.
